To deactivate Nomorobo Basic on your Android, simply delete the app. *This will remove the app from your phone, but will not automatically cancel the subscription.
To cancel your Nomorobo subscription on an Android device:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store

- Tap Menu
Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
- Now, the status of this Subscription has been changed from Subscribed to Canceled.
- Then delete the Nomorobo App from your device.
Important: Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription to end your subscription. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged.
