Here's how to enable Nomorobo on Verizon Business Digital Voice:
1. Login to the Customer User Portal.
3. Select Simultaneous Ring to enable that feature and enter the Nomorobo Number in the space provided.
4. Verify Do not ring when on a call is disabled if you want Nomorobo to work if Call Waiting is enabled and multiple calls come in at once.
5. Click on the Save button on the bottom-right of the page to save the changes.
