1.  Log into the My Surewest (

2.  From the My SureWest homepage select the My Services link.


3.  Click on the Digital Phone Manager button

4.  Click Edit Calling Features to manage your Digital Phone features.

5.  Click the Off button to turn simultaneous ring 'On'.
6.  Click the Add new phone entry button.
7.  Enter the toll-free Nomorobo Numbershown in your control panel.

8. After you've completed those steps, go back to your Nomorobo Account.  

Go to "Your Phones" and click "Test" next to your number. Then click "I'm ready. Call Me Now." 
You will immediately receive a call letting you know if everything is setup correctly. Please pick up the phone after the third ring. 

9.  Your number will now be listed as "Protected".
