FIOS Digital Voice - No Simultaneous Calling

Do you have the FiOS Digital Voice service? It is possible that you have hybrid service which doesn’t allow the extra features.

If the feature exists on your account, you should be able to activate it as shown here:  
Verizon Digital Voice

Try calling Verizon (1-800-VERIZON) or chatting with them online to make sure that you can enable 'Simultaneous Calling' on your phone line with your current service.
