If all calls are being blocked, it usually means the Nomorobo Number has been entered into a Call Forwarding List instead of a Simultaneous Ring List (These terms vary from carrier to carrier), which means all your calls are being forwarded to Nomorobo. Simply remove the number from the Call Forwarding list, and your calls will no longer be blocked.
Then return to the set up instructions and make sure that you are adding the correct Nomorobo Number to the correct feature.
