1. Sign in to Cox VoiceTools at https://voicetools.cox.com
2. Click the Settings tab
3. Toggle Nomorobo/Simultaneous Ring to ON
* Note: If already ON, click Nomorobo/Simultaneous Ring first.
4. Click ACTIVATE
5. Agree to the Terms of Service and click SAVE
* Note: If you do not have a Primary Contact email address with Cox, follow the instructions to enter and confirm a Primary Contact email address.
6. After you've completed those steps, go back to your Nomorobo Account.
Go to "Your Phones" and click "Test" next to your number. Then click "I'm ready. Call Me Now."
You will immediately receive a call letting you know if everything is setup correctly. Please pick up the phone after the third ring.
7. Your number will now be listed as "Protected".
