Here's how to enable Nomorobo on Cumberland Connect
1. Log in to your Cumberland Connect User Portal and go to your User Call Handling settings.
- Residential: Dashboard > Call Handling
- Business: Users > Edit > Calls tab > Call Handling
2. Next, set your preferred call handling type to Find Me.
4. Choose the # icon and set it to ring for 5 seconds.
5. Choose a timeout action: Send to Voicemail or Busy.
6. Click Save.
7. After you've completed those steps, go back to your Nomorobo Account.
Go to "Your Phones" and click "Test" next to your number. Then click "I'm ready. Call Me Now."
You will immediately receive a call letting you know if everything is setup correctly. Please pick up the phone after the third ring.
8. Your number will now be listed as "Protected".
