If unknown calls are still being silenced, that means you haven't fully disabled Nomorobo Max.
Tip: Deleting the Nomorobo Max app from your phone does NOT remove the call forwarding setting you activated during the setup process.
The first thing to check is that you've Disabled Call Forwarding. To disable Call Forwarding, dial the code for your carrier:
- AT&T: Dial ##004#
- T-Mobile: Dial ##004#
- Verizon: Dial *73
- Spectrum Mobile: Dial *73
- Mint Mobile: Dial ##004#
- Xfinity Mobile: Dial *73
- Cricket Wireless: Dial ##004#
- Visible: Dial *73
Then, for iPhone users ONLY, Turn Off Silence Unknown Callers.

- Phone > Silence Unknown Callers
- Disable Silence Unknown Callers
